  • Our M-F hours are 7AM-6PM and our weekend hours are 8AM-4PM.

  • You can make a reservation online, by email or by phone. We can be reached at mmtmeventrental@gmail.comand 763-398-9632. Your desired rental items are not secured until we have a signed rental agreement along with a 50% deposit.

  • Yes. We will contact you about one week prior to your event to schedule a time for delivery and setup. Please check with us and our rental agreement for any possible extra delivery/ setup fees.

    • Delivery or pickup outside of our normal business hours

    • Carrying rental items more than 150' from the vehicle.

  • No minimums are required. However, to qualify for free delivery, the order must be a minimum of $200.00 (before tax and delivery).

  • Cancelling your order does require a written notice emailed to mtmeventrental@gmail.com.

    A cancellation of your event 46 days or earlier results in a 100% refund.

    A cancellation of your event 45 days or less results in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

  • Yes, MTM Event Rentals will contact Gopher State One Call about one week prior to the event to get the event location marked for public utilities. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to mark any private utilities (irrigation, dog fence, electric, gas) that may be on the property.

  • Yes. The tents can be set up on any level surface. If we are unable to secure the tent by staking to the ground, we will either have to secure the tent by concrete weights or water barrels at an additional cost.

  • Please let us know how many people will be attending and we can help provide you with the correct size of tent.
